How do I book a table?

Call the club and have your Membership Number to hand. If you cannot find your Membership Number, don’t worry we’ll find it for you. Leigh: 01942 679129 Kitts Green: 0121 783 3333 Reading: 0118 987 4466

You can now also book a table by messaging us on Facebook. 

Do you accept “Walk In” customers who have not booked?

Yes, but we’d hate to turn anyone away in the event of a “Full House”, so please book if you can.

What time does Main Stage Bingo Start?

Daytime at 12:00 and 18:15 in the evening.

What time should I arrive?

You can arrive any time from 11:00 for the Daytime Session and 16:30 for the Evening Session.

Do I have to supply a contact telephone number when I arrive?

To assist the NHS Test and Trace service, if we do not hold a current contact number, we will ask you to provide one. A voucher will print when you scan into the club. Simply write your number on the voucher and hand it to a team member when you enter the main hall.

How much does bingo cost?

Our paper bingo package is the same in the daytime and evening, so come and play a  Big Book of Bingo! That’s 18 Games including the National Bingo Game and Treasure Chest Game. All for a great price of £10.

Can I sit with my friends?

We recommend that you meet your friends outside and enter the club together. We remind you of Government advice, “individual groups should not interact with anyone outside of the group they are attending the venue with, So in a group no larger than 2 households.”

Can I walk around the club and chat with other customers at other tables?

Yes, however, please keep a social distance of at least 2 meters. We remind you of Government advice, “individual groups should not interact with anyone outside of the group they are attending the venue with, So in a group no larger than 2 households.”

I don’t want to play bingo can I just play on the slot machines?

Yes, no booking is required if you only wish to play our slot machines. (Subject to availability)

Will tabletop bingo be in play?

Yes, we highly recommend that you play tabletop games using a Bingo Bee. You can play the boards on the table, please ask for a set of counters which you can take home for your personal use.

What will the prize money be?

Prize money will be based on the number of customers and tickets sold.

Will the bar be open to order food and drinks?

You cannot order food and drink at the bar. Instead, use your Bingo Bee or ask a member of the team who will take your order and deliver to your table.

Is your menu the same?

We will be offering a reduced menu to allow our Kitchen teams to follow strict Social Distancing rules We’ve made as many of your favourite items available as possible. More items will be added in the future.

What time will food and drink stop being served?

Food and drinks service will end at 15:30 in the Daytime Session and 21:30 in the Evening Session.

How do get my Bingo Bee?

A team member will bring a Bingo Bee to your table.

How do I add credit my Bingo Bee?

A team member will credit your Bingo Bee at your table. Please pay, where possible, via a contactless payment method. We will however still accept cash.

How do I buy my paper bingo tickets?

A team member will bring your paper tickets to your table. Please pay, where possible, via a contactless payment method. We will however still accept cash.

Can I book a table for a future visit when in the club?

Yes you can, however we may ask you to join a queue. We will be launching an online booking system soon to make booking easy and fast.

Can I book my favourite table?

You cannot book specific tables just yet. You will be allocated a table when you arrive at the club. This will be based on strict Social Distancing advice. We will be launching an online booking system soon, at this point you will be able to choose specific tables.

Can I use my E-Cigarette/Vaping device inside the club?

No, you can, however, use your device outside or within the smoking area.

Will the smoking shelter be available?

Yes, however, you may be asked to form a queue during busy periods.

Do I have to wear a face-covering when inside the club?

You are welcome to wear a face covering, we may ask you to lift your covering for identification purposes when you arrive at the club.

Will you be offering Face Masks for customers?

Face Masks will be available in the club for a donation of £1 to our selected NHS Charities.

Will customer toilets be available?

Yes, we will ask you to observe Social Distance from other customers and wash your hands thoroughly for 20 seconds using the handwash provided.

Will hand sanitiser be available?

Yes, hand sanitiser will be available at various points throughout the club.

How do I collect my winnings?

If you are a paper/table player then your winnings will be brought to your table. If you play on a Bingo Bee, you will find your winnings in your club account. These can either used towards your next visit or cashed out. We will ask you to queue, so please keep a social distance of at least 2 meters from other customers and staff.

What’s happening with the Regular Rewards Loyalty Scheme?

Prior to lockdown, we protected everyone’s points balance. We know many of our customers are currently shielding. So, our Regular Rewards programme will resume from Saturday 1st August 2020. Allowing everyone an equal opportunity to earn points with a redemption period from Monday 24th August.
