SIGNIFICANT TERMS:

Open to BJ’s Bingo members aged 18+ only. Maximum one scratch card per customer during the promotional period; new members registering in-club will receive one scratch card upon successful registration. Scratch cards must be scratched in front of a nominated BJ’s Bingo team member and may only be redeemed by customers actively playing a bingo session. Valid only within the dates shown on the card or promotional material. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative. Management reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw or substitute the promotion where necessary. Full T&Cs apply.

FULL TERMS AND CONDISTIONS:

1. Promoter

The promoter is BJ’s Bingo, operating bingo clubs in Birmingham, Leigh and Reading (the “Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 The promotion is open to registered BJ’s Bingo members aged 18 years or over.

2.2 Customers must hold a valid BJ’s Bingo membership to participate.

2.3 New customers registering for membership in-club during the promotional period will receive one scratch card upon successful registration and account activation.

2.4 A strict maximum of one scratch card per customer applies during the promotional period, regardless of method of receipt.

2.5 Employees of BJ’s Bingo are be excluded.

3. Distribution of Scratch Cards

3.1 Scratch cards may be distributed via direct mail, door drop, in-club handout, or issued upon new member registration.

3.2 Receipt of a scratch card does not guarantee a prize of any particular value.

3.3 BJ’s Bingo accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, defaced, illegible, copied or unauthorised scratch cards.

4. Scratching & Validation

4.1 Scratch cards must be scratched in front of a nominated BJ’s Bingo team member only.

4.2 Scratch cards scratched prior to presentation to a team member will be deemed invalid.

4.3 The nominated team member must witness the scratching and validate the outcome before any prize is issued.

4.4 Scratch cards that are tampered with, altered, copied, damaged or suspected of misuse will be void.

5. Redemption Conditions

5.1 Scratch cards may only be redeemed in person at a participating BJ’s Bingo club.

5.2 Scratch cards may only be redeemed by customers who are actively playing a bingo session at the time of redemption.

5.3 Scratch cards may only be redeemed once.

5.4 Only one scratch card may be redeemed per customer during the promotional period.

6. Promotion Period

6.1 Scratch cards are valid only within the promotional dates printed on the card or stated in associated marketing material.

6.2 Scratch cards presented outside the validity period will be void.

7. Prizes

7.1 Prizes are determined solely by the result revealed on the scratch card and confirmed by the nominated team member.

7.2 Prizes may include bingo tickets, bonus play, vouchers, food & drink items or other promotional rewards as specified.

7.3 Prizes must be accepted as offered.

7.4 Prizes have no cash value and no cash alternative will be provided.

7.5 Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged.

7.6 Certain prizes may be subject to additional conditions including expiry dates, session restrictions or same-day use requirements, which will be communicated at the point of redemption where applicable.

8. Fraud, Errors & Administration

8.1 BJ’s Bingo reserves the right to refuse redemption and/or disqualify participants in cases of suspected fraud, duplication, misuse or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

8.2 In the event of a printing, production or administrative error, BJ’s Bingo reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw the promotion without prior notice.

8.3 The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion.

9. General

9.1 BJ’s Bingo reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time where necessary.

9.2 Any amendments will be communicated in accordance with BJ’s Bingo’s Advertising Standards and Marketing Policy.

9.3 In the event of any dispute, the General Manager’s decision is final.

9.4 Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Responsible Gambling

This promotion is subject to applicable gambling legislation and licensing requirements.
